Established in 2003, Zhejiang Hananye Auto Parts Co.,Ltd (formerly known as Hangzhou Xiaoshan Jingye Auto Parts Co.,Ltd and Hangzhou Hananye Auto Parts Co.,Ltd) possessed a registered capital of RMB10 million. Hangzhou Xiaoshan Jingye Auto Parts Co.,Ltd was established in 2003, and changed its name into Hangzhou Hananye Auto Parts Co.,Ltd in 2012.
